The Pre-construction Process

Whether you're preparing for a new home build, renovation and/or refresh; there are many critical benefits to bringing a builder on board at the very onset of the project.

We work with the team from the very beginning, through each phase of the design.  Our pre-construction process includes:

  • Establishing a budget (initial through final)

  • Construction timeline development and review for construction feasibility

  • Complete procurement plan outlining

    • Risk analysis

    • Draw schedule

    • City permitting requirements, timing

    • Site plan and evaluation with engineers, surveyors, etc.

    • Cost impact of materials and product

  • Evaluation and recommendations, such as ways to save money and/or time
